1. Warranty Period

  • All products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

  • Issues not caused by human damage are eligible for free repair or replacement.

2. Return Policy

If you find any of the following upon receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days:

  • Product defects or damage caused during shipping;

  • Product received does not match the order.

We will provide a return, replacement, or refund at no cost to you upon confirmation.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Items returned without contacting our team in advance;

  • Returns sent using cash-on-delivery (COD);

  • Returns requested due to personal preference (non-quality-related).

After 7 days, your product will still be covered under our 1-year warranty, during which we offer free repairs or replacement parts (returns and full refunds are not applicable beyond 7 days).

  2. Wait for Confirmation from our customer service team within 1–2 business days.

  3. Return the Product (if needed) with original packaging to the address provided.

  4. Receive Service: Once confirmed, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund within 7 business days.

For returns not related to product quality, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used.

  • Timeframe: We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. Actual refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
