Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. If your country is not shown at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.

What shipping carriers do you use? How can I track my order?

We typically ship via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. For smaller parcels, we use YunExpress. Once shipped, your tracking number will be uploaded to your order page. Are your products in stock? How soon can they be shipped?

Most of our items are in stock and will be shipped within 3–5 business days. For limited editions or handcrafted pieces, please refer to the estimated shipping time on the product page.

Can I request expedited shipping?

Yes. If you have a specific delivery deadline (e.g. for a birthday gift), please contact us before placing your order. We’ll confirm whether DHL Express or another faster service is available in your area

Can you offer gift wrapping or include a greeting card?

Absolutely. Just leave a note at checkout or email us your request. We’ll do our best to provide elegant packaging and include a handwritten or customized message upon request.

What if my package is held by customs?

In rare cases where customs clearance is delayed, we will assist you by providing any necessary documents or declarations. You may also contact your local customs or delivery service directly for updates. Let us know in advance if you require a gift invoice or simplified declaration.

My product has small scratches or the mechanical parts feel tight. What should I do?

Each of our metal products is crafted with precision. Minor marks may appear from the manufacturing or shipping process. If you encounter any issues with assembly or function, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re happy to offer guidance or send replacement parts if needed.

Is there any discount available?

We’re sorry, but the current price is already our best offer. We focus on original design and limited production, ensuring fair pricing without inflated margins.
