If the problem is due to our mistake, we can either offer a refund or send a replacement. We will also cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days), the processing time once we receive it (3–5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (5–10 business days).
