Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stodeer.com. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchange Process
For a faster exchange process, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order separately once the return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
